The Nashville Innovation Alliance partnered with AWS to establish the 6th AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance in Middle Tennessee with plans to expand across the state.
The AWS Skills to Jobs Tech Alliance connects learners, employers and educational institutions to address the growing demand for technology talent in Middle Tennessee. Focused on cloud computing and artificial intelligence, the program builds pathways that prepare local residents for high-growth tech careers.
Learners gain hands-on opportunities to demonstrate and refine their skills through internships, projects and employer partnerships.
Graduates are linked with employers seeking qualified talent in AI, cloud computing and other tech fields.
